Pretty decent hotel if you're not looking for good views and such. Location is within 5 minutes from the downtown and has a good amount of parking spaces. Hotel room space is typical. It was interesting how they didn't provide a hair dryer, so be prepared to bring your own if you need one.

We stayed in Hotel Plaza Playa for one night with my boyfriend. We checked in like at 10pm and went directly to sleep. My boyfriend woke me up at 3am to check on him because he said he felt like something walking on his body. I turned on the light and find the room full of ants. I went to the receptionist and ask to direct me with the manager in regards my issue and she said that there was no manager in the hotel and that I had to wait until he started his shift and that there were no more rooms available. We checked out and I asked if we could get a refund so we could go to another hotel and she said to give her my phone number and that the manager would call me. It’s been 3 days and I have not received a phone call nor a refund. The receptionist clearly didn't mind my issue and was rude by asking me to lower my voice for no other guest to hear. I showed her all the pictures and all she said was sorry and that the only thing they could do was to clean the room. How can you rent a room full of ants and not do anything for your guest? Well spotted hotel. Plenty of afordables restaurants at less than 5 minutes walk. Not too far from the Quinta nor the beach. Intermittent Internet WiFi in the room while working perfectly in the lobby area. Can't get warm water from in the shower (it's either cold or hot).

Hotel stuff, female cleaning ladies and male maintenance workers are waaay too loud, moving beds, talking in hallways ALL THE TIME!!! Very inconsiderate and LOUD STUFF !!!! THEY DON’T care if they disturb paying guests!!! GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT PEACE TO SLEEP IN!!! The tragedy is, this could be a great hotel if they weren’t so loud!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
