I don't see why this place deserves so many stars. Staff was friendly and rooms were big enough and kind of clean. Hot water worked. The "restaurant" was only open during breakfast time, so we couldn't eat or drink there in the evening and had to leave the next morning without the chance to at least drink a cup of coffee. We had not been told that the restaurant and bar are closed beforehand. Considering the price for a room I think it was not worth the money and there should be some nicer / cheaper options near the airport than this one.

I love this place. You get breakfast from 7-9AM. I wish the menu would change a little bit since I've been viewing that menu from 5 years back but it's still delicious. The front person speaks English. I love the cleaning ladies, they're gems. It's not in a busy area. You can walk to the super market and there is a Dennys near by. There is also a pharmacy and Mexican spot near Dennys. You can get picked up from SJO Airport too!

After flying for 9 hours and travelling for 14 hrs. As a solo female. A bit of false advertising. It is quite away from anything. No shops bars or restaurants. Hotel does NOT have a restaurant that is open after breakfast. Only continental breakfast. Room does NOT have a kettle or coffee facilities or even a bottle of water. I was told not to walk at night on my own. When I asked for a drink I was told drink water out of the tap! And face a night with no dinner. I stayed long enough to use the slow Wi-fi and book another hotel, checked out lost £60 and got an Uber elsewhere. Room very dated but clean. Sheets old and off colour but clean. That’s all I saw. If you are going make sure you stop at supermarket on way for drink for the room

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, large rooms and beds. English speaking concierge. Restaurant on site for free breakfast, and is open for lunch. Excellent food and coffee. Great view of San Jose and surrounding area. Secure location.

Great value for the price. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the master suite and it was very spacious. The included breakfast was quite good. I would definitely stay there again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
