Well located hotel and great staff at the hotel. Breakfast options were plenty and the dining area was large. Location was ideal for me as it is walking distance from the major sites. You need to cross a busy road but plenty of crossing places. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, the staff at the front door never hesitated to open the doors for me. My room was excellent (although the ceiling was a bit low), being a single traveller it was more than sufficient for me.

This is truly 5 star service. Employees went out of their way to make us comfortable- from assisting with an Uber driver to providing us “to go”breakfast items when we had a super early flight. My husband used the work out room and it was clean and modern. I used the pool and women’s sauna and both were relaxing and clean. The hotel provided a substantial free breakfast each day- fruits, meats, cheeses, an omelette station along with many other items and an efficient cappuccino machine. We relaxed with drinks in the bar area several times during our stay and the bartenders were attentive and helpful. The hotel is in an historic area with so much activity going on all around the hotel it is easy to find sites to see, places to eat, etc. We loved the old world commitment to service of this hotel and it was a good value.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Plaza San Francisco. Despite reserving a room with a king-sized bed well in advance, upon arrival, I was given a room with two twin beds. When I requested a room switch to what I had initially booked, the staff was uncooperative and did not accommodate my request. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was deeply concerning. I found strands of hair in the bathroom sink and shower, which was quite off-putting. It indicated a lack of thorough cleaning between guests, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. To make matters worse, there was an unidentified substance on the comforter. This discovery was not only disturbing but also raised serious questions about the hygiene standards maintained at this establishment. Overall, my experience at Hotel Plaza San Francisco was far below the standards one would expect from such a reputed hotel. The disregard for guest preferences, poor cleanliness, and questionable hygiene practices significantly impacted my stay, leading me to rate it one star.

Good stuff: every single person who worked there was lovely. Camilo booked us the best tour ever. Good central location. Great bed linen and very clean Bad stuff: bathroom so dark he couldn’t safely shave! Room dark. Very dated furniture. Very dated bathroom. Mean thin small one towel each. Bad Wi-Fi. One English TV channel. Overall rated for cost etc but probably a 3.5 rather than a 4

Amazing hotel. Old school class. Service is absolutely outstanding. Bar tenders and waiters are of the highest trained standards. The bar is raised here. Pricing excellent in luxury. Not much to walk to around neighborhood here, but with pool, restaurant and amazing bar, who needs to leave! Thank you Eric and waiter friend, who served us (Mon Aug 7th 7pm) and made us feel like family. Waiter (Tues Aug 15th amazing also) Brought dessert on a leather tray to our room!! Dinner amazing, drinks strong and classy. Felt like royalty. English not a problem. Buy package w dinner / breakfast included. Airport assistance easy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
