The hotel rooms and the inside of the hotel is NOTHING like on the photos. I was in a single bed room and it looked completely different than on the photos. It was so small and old and the shared toilet smelled bad. I can bet that the other rooms are the same. Basically overpaid my room. Some hostels had better rooms. But the location is great, It´s close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket are right there, shopping street etc.

Typical french experience. Got lucky being received by the lovely older man in the evening, but he did not tell me anything about breakfast at all. I saw the sign in the elevator and, the next morning, at the right time, got to the bkfst room hungry, to be rudely received by this bald guy saying I wasn't entitled to it cause I hadn't booked it in advance. So I went to the Villa Tosca reception (it's the same owner), where I was received by another rude bald guy saying "he could do nothing". Upon check-out, the first bald guy clearly made a distinction between other guests and me: he didn't even thank me, whereas he was kindly asking all other guests if everything was ok, if they liked staying there, if anything was missing.. Don't recommend this place to anyone!! Rude, not professional bald guys and terrible rooms.

Centrally located hostel to Cannes sea front. This is a hostel and is not expected to have all of he niceties of an hotel but having said that it does provide good showers and bathrooms as well as ample storage and basic bed which should cover most needs. We didn't sample the catering, as there are so many restaurants in the local area. No curfews etc. So a good choice at a low cost.

Lovely staff, rooms are really clean (no dust at all!), the only thing they could add to the room are safes where you put all your valuable items. Hotel placed in very lively area, close to the beach and restaurants. They also offer beach towels :-)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
