        A Disappointing Stay - Avoid at All Costs Upon entering my room, I was shocked to find it in a state of disrepair. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, with stained carpets, dusty surfaces, and a generally neglected feel with the amount of money I paid. To make matters worse, I was appalled to discover a cockroach scurrying across the floor. This is an unacceptable and unsanitary condition that no guest should ever have to endure. More importantly!!!! I arrived at 6 am and inquire about the possibility of check-in at that time and check-out very next morning and Staff promised a one-night charge, but the next morning, I was billed for two days. Deceptive and unethical – choose another hotel!

        We were a group of people traveling and had one of the worst experiences in this hotel.. The hotel cancelled our booking without informing and sold it to some other guests. The owner/manager Bharat was very rude since the moment we stepped into the hotel and blamed us for not informing him even though we had informed him about our time of arrival on the day off the check in.. The rooms are extremely dirty with torn linen and curtains.. Bathroom is practically unusable.. Security is absolutely nil as part of our luggage also got stolen from the front porch.. There are much better options available in the vicinity.. Please do not be fooled by the photos posted by the hotel. If the hotel staff is reading this review, I hope they learn some lessons about hospitality!

        Worst hotel experience of our life I could count this as the worst hotel experience of my life. We had booked this hotel months before our planned travel date, as we got a really nice deal from the owner, and the location and photos were quite enticing. Little did we know we're inviting the worst experience. We were travelling from Butwal to Pokhara, and had informed the hotel reception desk that we'd reach by 6PM. As the road conditions were bad, we finally reached the hotel at 10PM. We told the staff that we have 4 rooms booked. The staff informed us as we were late, he gave our rooms to other travellers. We got furious and confronted him that how could they rent the already booked rooms. The staff then changed his reason that we had booked at an incorrect price and that was the mistake of the owner. We told him that's not our problem. We had blocked 4 rooms months back and now you're telling us we can get the rooms? After wasting several minutes explaining them, the staff agreed that they could give us 2 rooms today, and arrange for 2 rooms at a similar hotel nearby. We agreed to it as it was quite late, we were hungry, and we had a kid in the group. The staff showed us couple of hotels which were disgusting. We told him that we would arrange 2 rooms ourselves, and give us the 2 rooms at their hotel. The staff gave us the smelliest and dingiest rooms possible. We're sure it was servant's quarter. We didn't have energy to fight more, so we crashed for the night. Later in the morning, the staff again went against his promise and told us that he can't give 2 more rooms today as they don't have the availability. We were done with this rude and pathetic behaviour and just stormed out of the hotel looking for other options. There are several better options just on the same street like Mirano, Garuda Inn. We finally checked in at Hotel Mala, where the staff were incredibly helpful. I'd request every booking portal to block this hotel so that other travellers don't have to go through what we went through.

        Absolutely pathetic and worst experience this hotel is run by two brothers and they cancelled my pre-booking without any prior notice or call. Upon reaching the hotel they told me they have no rooms available offcourse they sold it to someone else at higher price despite my booking , and then they started blaming eachother and making excuses just to confuse me. After hours of request and humiliation they finally gave a room and the condition of the room was absolutely pathetic the entire room was smelling and pest infested ,torn curtains, ceiling fan covered with dirt, disgusting washroom , door not locking properly. Please avoid this hotel at any cost there are many more better hotels available at this price in pokhara.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
