I took my mum to the aromatherapy in the hotel when there's an offer. What a treat! Our therapists Nicole and Jason were so courteous and accommodating. They made sure the massage was just right for us, not too much pressure nor too light to have any effect. Both my mum and I chose the body shaping massage oil--the scent is just divine! It's like going into a tranquil forest where you can just relax and feel joyful when you breathe. I highly recommend it.

I travelled from the UK to Taipei and stayed here for 4 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice and helpful. My room was indeed a cosy size but I still really liked it. Very clean. I would come back

Everything ! The hotel is amazing in every way and good value for money. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. You can feel the attention and care to every details. Best part of the hotel was its excellent location, with just a short walk to reach two MRT stations and has lots of food and shops around the hotel area. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was well equipped and nice. Bed was comfortable and amenities provided were of good quality.

The room is great with a modern furnish, for a great value price in the middle of the city! However, you might have to walk 10 minutes to the nearest MRT station. The outdoor rooftop bar is nice with a great view, but can get a little hot in summer.

The hotel is right next to a main road, unfortunately sound proof wasn't done properly, you can hear cars driving pass during the night. The hotel room is also small, especially the washroom. Breakfast was good, however during the peak time, it takes a long time for them to prepare the food, and seems that some of the staffs may require more training.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
