Great price/quality! Very friendly staff, though a bit pushy with offering to arrange trekking or other activities. Hot water outside of rush hour. Spacious rooms, fine beds, though a bit noisy if guests stay up late in the downstairs dining room via echo through the marble staircase. Wonderful view from the roof balcony and some of the rooms. Easy walking distance to the lake and boulevard.

The hotel is gorgeous... Very nice rooms and a rooftop sitting area. The staff is great... Very helpful and knowledgeable.Breakfast selections are very good. My wife and I stayed for 2 days, then trekked for 4 days and returned to the hotel for another 3.It's also a great location... Near the lake but enough distance to keep nose down.

Amazing! As the other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service here is even better than a 5 star resort. It's true that they don't do food/room service, but they serve a lovely breakfast... And let's be honest, you're going to eat at restaurants anyway. Rooms are very large and some have huge balconies. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is the Hotel where I stay when I am with my group. This hotel is best hotel in low budget. It lies on 7th street. They have roof tops in which we can see beautiful view of Pokhara, Fewa lake and mountains. The best place which I recommend you. I give it 4 star because some of the things are not really great beautiful I was once showering and water stoped coming which made me stock for some minutes but it was due to empty water tank. It was not their fault but it has some other major simple problems which the manager needs to fix this soon. Thank you have a nice day and good sleep in the Hotel.

The best place to stay! The rooms are clean, modern and spacious with comfortable beds and sheets. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful, always going above and beyond. I left something in my room after we'd checked out and they had it sent to me in Kathmandu before I'd even arrived. This place is amazing - seriously don't look anywhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
