Terrible "hotel" with misleading information regarding the parking option. The "hotel" does have a parking-lot, which was the main reason for why I booked it, BUT you have to pay 26 Euros per night to use it. Of course, nobody informed me about this in advance. Personally, I recommend everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

THE WORST hotel in my life. Just look at the pictures 🤮🤮 Next - They offer to cancel our reservation at booking and they give us free air conditioning… (normally it not included and costs 10€ more - We don’t know about it) Never come here!!! 🤡 For the price we paid, it's just a basement, not a hotel!

It was terrible. DO NOT GO. The room's bathroom was missing the shower door, and the sink was broken. When we were given our room, someone else's things were in there. They had advertised the room had air conditioning, but they did not allow me to turn it on, even though I paid the premium price for it. The morning I woke up there, there was a cockroach on the bed. When leaving the room, just to cap it all off, the door handle came off. Adding insult to injury, it was also really expensive. Avoid this place.

this hotel is a shame. the location is rather good, you can reach the city center in less than 30 minutes with public transportation, though the room is really bad. The bathroom is totally outdated, rotten, the bed is furnished with very tough and bad pillows, the blanket is an old disgusting blanket, not even covered by bedshits. The staff was nice but it doesn't make up for the very poor quality of the room, which was way too expensive for what it was. The breakfast is really bad, nothing is fresh, you can only get industrial products.

No breakfast, terrible beds, and tourist fees are not included in price (€19). The breakfast consists of supermarket toast, jam, and coffee, for which they actually charge €6 per person per night. The personnel is kind, though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
