Excellent room, very big, with tea and coffee making facilities. Very clean. Excellent location, 100 metres from Metro. Parking available on site. Breakfast more than adequate. Very good value for money

This review is not good or bad just like the hotel smack in the middle here is why ; 1) The beds are harder than bjj (Brazilian jijitsu) mats, it is tough at night, after 4 nights i was happy to leave -3 points 2) The aircon is dangerously cold; it really cools down the room +1 point 3) I forgot my toothbrush but they have all kinds of useful kits like a temporary toothbrush and tooth paste + 1 point 4) location is great next to a metro, next a big shopping mall for breakfast and there is a Argentinië pizza place nearby (zappi) for late night snacks+ 1 point 5) clean rooms was great ! (No points as this is expected) All and all Madrid was amazing even with a bit of back pain in the morning!!! I would book again if I get a good deal;)

I liked the rooms. Nice view at terrece. Good service from the staffs. 2 single beds are set for double bed. Breakfast selection is not grant for tourist.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Location is quiet but not too far on the metro to the busier areas of Madrid. WiFi in my room was not great so I wouldn't have been able to work from there. Otherwise I would have no problem booking again.

Lovely big room with great air con, which we both needed in outside temperatures of 38°C. Plenty of dressing room, sitting room, and spacious bathroom. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. 100m from metro station and around the corner from a shopping mall with a huge Carrefour.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
