A very good value for the price offered by this place. The staff was friendly, they cooperated very well, offered details, tips, everything to make your stay likeable. The area is safe, you have all the required services around like public transport that is well connected to all the touristic objectives, you can eat breakfast / lunch / dinner around at very good quality and prices. You can basically walk to the center, if you like a stroll. There may be some hot water issues mostly late in the night and the walls don't offer that much sonic insulation, but you hear mostly noises of happiness :) Air conditioning is available and heat was properly provided. Recommend!

Overall average (would’ve given 3.5 if the option was available). The room was big and comfortable, BUT the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was extremely hot. The staff were nice, and the location was good - not too central, yet you could get to almost anywhere within around 30 mins walk. Also the porta pia buss station is close - one of the only station with a physical ticket machine. There are also many restaurants around which was nice.

Everything was ok. The hotel is in a good location, good connection to the city center. Close to bus stops and metro. The room was clean and cleaned on a regular basis. Service also was nice and helpful.

Great location, nice stuff who is ready to help you with the first day in the city. The rest of the hotel is average, our bathroom was semi-damaged, the shower and the toilet was broken. The hotel was under construction (renovation) during our stay, and it was kinda noisy. Air condition is a big plus!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. We had some issues with having only cold water running, but overall it was a pleasant place. Old fashioned elevator is a very nice touch. the place was quiet and calm. Place is well situated, easy to get to any part of the town by bus.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
