Liked - very nice and cozy hotel, not the fanciest but really good and practical, my room was great, bed was comfortable, a/c worked perfect and shower was overall great. I had a little balcony which was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi was great and I had no issues. my biggest pro about this hotel is LOCATION, it is 1 minute from probably the most convenient metro station in the city, it connects directly to the airport, Campanha train station, downtown, Gaia and everything you need. there are also a lot of buses in the area, and even if you feel like walking to the center of the city it's completely do-able as Porto is pretty small. also nice selection of restaurants nearby and a vending machine is available for snacks. Disliked - walls were pretty thin or my neighbors were pretty loud doing some nights, but not that bad. it was nice if the shower had a curtain or even better a glass to prevent water from splashing all over the floor.

I think I have never visited such clean hotel. From the entrance it smells fresh and clean, the same with rooms. It's a new modern place, looking for way more than 2 stars! The location is amazing, 2 minutes to metro and buses, even night bus to the airport is just in front of the door! Free coffee in the foyer. Very silent in the rooms, perfectly working air conditioning. Green view from the window. Highly recommended!

Location couldn't be better if you want to see the city of Porto. The staff are very welcoming. The rooms are basic but very clean. Ideal for short visits. I loved it

We stayed in this hotel for 1 day. Everything was great - the location of this hotel is amazing. It's located right besides Trindade Metro station and you can easily reach the city center on foot. It's approximately a 10 minute walk to the center. The check-in was at 4pm but we could check-in at 11am which was amazing. The rooms were clean and modern. We had a balcony with a nice view. We could also have free coffee on the ground floor!! We payed 27€ for 1 person for 1 night which is totally acceptable in my opinion for the service and room you get. The receptionists were also really kind. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately I can't because there was a fan (or something) in our room above the door which was really loud and we couldn't turn it off. Maybe if we would've asked, it could've been turned off but we didn't have time, as we had very little time in Porto. The fan was really really loud and we absolutely couldn't sleep and we slept horribly. One more negative side - the bathroom shower didn't have a door on one side so the floor got very wet when we showered. But other than that I think this is a great hotel and I would absolutely recommend it.

More of a hostel than a hotel. Clean, but sparse. And staff not very interested or attentive. And a bit far out of town. Breakfast is the strangest thing. Despite having an area with a sign saying breakfast, they don't serve it! You get a token to take to the local cafe for a bread roll and sticky cake. After 3 days, we would've liked some fruit or cereal perhaps? And on Sunday, the cafe was closed and you have to go to another place (no sign telling us that at the hotel) Overall. Our stay was acceptable. But if we went to Porto again? We'd book elsewhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
