The location of the hotel is accessible to MTR or buses. Transportation wouldn't be a problem. Close to some tourist spots and markets. Staffs are good even though there's a language barrier. They always clean the room and toiletries are replenished everyday.

In my opinion, this is a good hotel in the middle of the hustling bustling tsim sha tsui area. The location is very good, everything you need is just near by. From the reception to the corridor, everything is well designed. The room itself is quite big for a boutique hotel, and it has all the amenities we need.

Reception staff Paggy on Monday afternoon had been very helpful. She phoned a taxi driver to enquire for us and kept walking in and out of the hotel to check on our taxi arrival. The night shift guy on Sunday had lousy customer service. He was quite reluctant in answering and gave one word/short replies and walked away when we had some enquires on transportation. Strains of hair can be found here and there in the room. Towels with small bit of stain. Good location with entrance to metro just a min walk away.

Location is brilliant. Very close to Victoria Harbour. The staff looked after us really well and were super kind and upgraded us which made all the difference. If you're able to get one of the larger rooms, you will have a great stay. Thanks.

Room was great services was friendly and the location unbeatable. Please check out the roof terrace, it’s floor R on the left elevator. Even the staff don’t know about it but it’s got unbeatable night views for the light show.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
