Great location. Walkable to all tourist attractions. Clean rooms and great staff. Breakfast spread is awesome. Definitely recommend opting for half board. Prefix dinner menu has a lot of options and is a great worth for the price. Front desk staff can help you with most queries and making any reservations or calling cab. Very convenient location. You step out and you're in the heart of Madrid. Will definitely stay with them again

The hotel itself is pleasant, with the location being its standout feature. However, the service fell short of our expectations for a 4-star establishment. We encountered an issue in our room with a strong and unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which permeated into the living space. We reported this to the reception upon our return at night. Due to the hotel being fully booked, an immediate solution wasn't offered. We reiterated our concern at checkout, receiving only a promise to investigate without an apology. The reception service, overall, lacked warmth and friendliness from the moment of our arrival. Additionally, the toiletries provided were minimal — one mini bottle each of shampoo and shower gel for two people, and no conditioner or moisturizer. I had anticipated a higher standard from a 4-star hotel.

A prime location in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for both nightlife and leisurely strolls. However, the rooms are relatively small, and cleanliness could be improved. Upon arrival, there were noticeable stains in the sink, impacting the initial impression.

The hotel is a short walk from all the main attractions, museums etc. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable, The breakfast, in the restaurant on the ground floor and provided a wide range of lovely food. In the evening the restaurant is open for full dinner options (with white table clothes etc) and also a bar area which served tapas. The restaurant was very popular with local folk (a very good sign) and was super friendly. Lovely atmosphere.

Excellent location, right in middle of city. Price is reasonable, rooms are rather large with good bathroom (shower), very comfortable bed, desk, small table and small balcony. Service is excellent. Location next to malls, shops and best plaza in town. Recommend highly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
