Fantastic hotel. One of the best in Barcelona. Excellent restaurant. Rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with attention to details. Silent location. Great neighborhood. Primero Primera is classy, chic and made us feel like we are at home.

We stayed for a week and it was perfect. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area away from all of the chaos. While it seems remote, the metro is a 5 minute walk and a short easy ride into the attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the terrance is an added bonus. The hotel restaurant is lovely and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel in a residential area of Barcelona but still close to a train to take you into the city. Very clean and comfortable rooms and hotel with a great restaurant. The staff here are outstanding! They went above and beyond and were so helpful and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we return.

We stayed in Primero Primera for a week and it was fantastic! There were plenty of options right next to plaza Catalunya, but we were looking for something away from the crowd and away from the "glamour of roof top pools"... We immediately loved the neighborhood the hotel is in, and the feel of going to our own apartment and not into a hotel. The decor was on point to make us feel homely but feel very classy and elevated. The staff were superb!! Can't thank them enough for making our stay so comfortable and without stress. They were all lovely, very smiley, charismatic and friendly. The service provided and included was all you could expect from a hotel like this, i.e. toward the end of our stay we had some rain and the hotel was quick to pull out umbrellas for us to use at no cost, and they were good and branded umbrellas too, not these flimsy foldy foldy ones. The only thing one could point out is the location as it is 20-25 min from your room door to plaza Catalunya, but for us that was perfect and a good amount to commute, so still deserves a 5 star on location, BUT would be a 4 start if you were looking for walking distance scenario (which still is tbh). All in all, very well pleased and happy with our stay; highly recommend it! We definitely found our Barcelona home if we are to visit the city again next time. THANK YOU Primero Primera!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
