I love this hotel. Customer service exceed my expectations, everybody was kind and efficient. Breakfast was exquisite and super fresh. Big rooms, super clean but maybe needs a little upgrade 🤓. Super close , walk distance to a lot of attractions in this beautiful city. I will back for sure❤️

recently stayed at this hotel, and I was pleased with the quiet and spacious room. The tranquility of the surroundings made for a peaceful stay, and the room size was definitely a highlight. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. There was some mold in the refrigerator, which was disappointing to see. Additionally, the refrigerator itself was not cooling properly. While these aspects were a drawback, I appreciate the efforts of the staff to address these concerns promptly. With a little more attention to maintenance, this hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests.

Had issues but Mr ALBERTO was super great and solved my issues, he is professional and has a nice welcoming attitude. I have been coming to this hotel for a while. The location is great. Other services may be improved such room phones, wifi, and mattresses

I don’t appreciate being observed at every entrance and every exit. This hotel has security guards at the reception with batons as if there was a ubiquitous threat somewhere. This creates a weird vibe. Its a hotel not an embassy. Please stop this awkward presence of agents who incessantly stare at anyone who looks, walks, talks differently. The reception area is very cold and should be warmer. Both in terms of temperature and in atmosphere. AC when its raining and 19 degrees outside is absurd. I have to mention that I was very shocked that the hotel authorized construction work on Sunday it’s illegal and extremely rude for the guests to have to endure noise screams and trucks on a Sunday. Aside from these very important aspects that need to be revised, I very much liked the bedding, the size of the deluxe room, and the access to a well equipped gym.

Compared to U.S. standards, it was 3 stars , as per Spain standards, definitely 5 stars. Rooms were little but smaller, but in Spain, everything is smaller. You have to pay additional for breakfast. Most of the U.S. hotels include breakfast. Staff was courteous.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
