What can I say? It was good as we had what we wanted. We requested a quiet room... we've got it. +++: Breakfast was good. It's not a big diversity in choices, but the quality was good. Clean bathroom. Very good soundproof from exterior. Power outlet close to bed. Very good position compared to city attractions, 10 min walking to city center. There are good restaurants in the area. /-\: Not fully negative, but ... TV needs to be upgraded to smart solutions. Lighting is good when everything is on but too weak only with the bed lamps. There are no solutions to lock the entrance door, and we had a surprise when the housekeeper entered when we were there....

Lovely hotel in great location close to metro stops and overlooking the Palace. Had a high end service feel at an affordable price. Ordered the cava with the booking for the room as we were celebrating birthday and it was delivered 5 minutes after we arrived, concierge poured it for us and came with pastry and truffle treats which was unexpected. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Kind staff. Room is decent size and pretty clean. Amenities are standard. The cleaning could be more thorough but I guess guests are in and out so fast because it's a strategically located place so they might not invest too much in doing so. For example, I don't think they vacuum the floor and mop. I always find the floor a bit dusty. One thing that annoys me the most is the bath tub doesn't have a shower curtain so I splashed water everywhere when showering. The guy who attended during check out couldn't seem to understand the feedback I tried to give about the shower curtain because of maybe language barrier? He looked at me and said "we don't provide such services". But overall good stay and will come back.

Went for a 5-night break. Chose this hotel as it was near the local railway station as I was going to Avila on the Saturday. Reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful on my first day and throughout my break. The hotel was clean and my room was comfortable. Room service staff and staff in the dining room were polite and extremely friendly. Even though the hotel was on a 6 carriageway road it was surprisingly quiet. It is well located for the Grand Palace and Plaza de Espana. Worthwhile stay.

Stayed here overnight for 3 nights recently with my wife as we came to Madrid for a wedding. The room was absolutely amazing - we were on the top floor. We must have got lucky because it was more of a suite than a hotel room and had a stunning view of the Palace as well. For €150 a night and only being 5 minute walk from the Plaza de España it was absolutely good value for money. Would definitely look at staying here again next time we visit Madird!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
