The Room no. 707 was very dimmly lit. Inspite of all the lights on. The location is pretty decent. The staff was very polite and respectful. They very professional in their approach and very cooperative. As the Hotel was full, I did not have the heart to trouble the staff to ask for another room. Also the needs to be some proper sanitization done on the other end of the Hotel as it's a spectacular breeding ground for mosquitos. A hotspot for Malaria, Dengue etc. The management needs to frankly improvise on the other amenities like Water heater, Tea & Milk powder sachets. They need to properly Sterilize the Towels given as it has a peculiar oil smell. On being informed they did do the needful and appreciate them for that but then too it must be improvised. Rest all is much appreciated. Thank you for doing your best folks. Much appreciated 👍

The room is not as well decorated as a 3 star hotel. The room should have a working table. Location is perfect of this hotel. It's very close to Jamuna Future Park.

Last 8/3/23 I stayed at this hotel. Service is very good. The room is clean and tidy. The behavior of the staff is very nice. The comparative price is very low. Their restaurant food quality is very good. According to Dhaka, the price of food is not too high.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
