For locals, kindly dont choose your stay here. 1. Room has no ventilation. 2. Breakfast was meh, tho the chef put a lot of effort. 3. overcharged us for a bedsheet request, with no warning 4. No toothbrush was provided 4. Room and hallway dusty and emits odor, be prepared to be gasping for air 5. Some customers are noisy late night 6. Terrible traffic to go into town if you are using car It is not what its advertised, so choose wisely.

The hotel is relatively good near the city, but if the floor is restored, it will be beauty. In the end, the behavior of the hotel staff is excellent and they understand the difference of cultures very well, which is highly appreciated and thanked.

The hotel room has a weird smell. Ventilation in the whole building is bad. Whole building except the lobby and lift are having some bad smell. Cleanliness wise nothing to say since I checked in right away after they cleaned up the room. Food is just so so we would rather go out and eat. The front office ladies should really work out more on their attitude. It just doesn’t seem not welcoming + saw one staff was saying to another guest rudely “tak boleh duduk” just infront of me. BD staff and banquet people were friendly, helpful and polite.

Built in the late 1970's, Pudu Plaza is drawing old folks by the dozens. The senior citizens are here not to shop but to pass time and seek company. Step into Pudu Plaza any day and you are bound to see many elderly folk loitering in the complex. For years, this place has been their place to congregate. Some of them can be seen sitting at the entrance of the complex, while others hang out outside a snooker centre watching cue artistes potting black. There is also a food court where the senior citizens spend their time chatting or reading newspapers while the lonely ones can be seen taking a nap on stools. Many of their children’s are already grown-up and busy working, so Pudu Plaza is a natural place for them to hang out instead of "locking" themselves at home waiting to die.

The service of chinese lady who duties on 23/9/2023 is very poor. My relative was provide a list of guest name and number of family member to hotel receptionist in order to arrange room accordingly. When we go to check in the Chinese lady arrange a room with two single bed for three family members.she keep asking us to check with the organiser and spend us a lot of time at lobby. In the end she admits that she got the guest list but there is no other room for us. Please don't waste customer's time and improve efficiency!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
