The moment I reached my floor, I was like wow.. I really like the architectural designs in every floor. But my best views were floor number 8 and 3. The rooms were amazing as I was on floor 8th. The breakfast menu was amazing , and the food was tasty. The hotel is generally so so nice. You should pay a visit here.

For a five star hotel I wasn't blown away by the service. The rooms are big and spacious but the service at the sky bar was not very professional. The hotel breakfast was really good, but since it's a bit out of the center I probably wouldn't come back.

A really great hotel! Nice staff, excellent breakfast and absolutely comfortable beds! Each floor is in a different theme, with great views from your room. We stayed at the 10th floor and it was really nice. Located a little bit far from the center, but really close to the metro. Overall a really nice hotel to stay in, with great services!

The worst service that I ever had in a hotel. 200 euro was stolen assumed by the cleaner(since she was the only one went into the room). No apologies, nothing. Waiting for the whole night for a solution, and the only respond we got in the morning was “the hotel is not taking any responsibility of lost”. I guess that’s why the cleaner is on top of this stuff. Do not recommend this hotel unless you don’t care about your valuable belongings.

Great location 200m to the Metro. Great themed floors each with its own designer. Rooms are good no iron, no water refill Checki and check out smooth Staff are friendly - Waiters only speak Spanish - please install Google translate. Never went or gym or pool (it was autumn)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
