We liked the pool area, though the bar wasn’t operational which was disappointing. It is a busy area most days with a lot of kids around! It was nice that the couple of colas and the water bottle in the mini bar were included and replenished each day. The pool area is accessible from a kind of empty function room floor with big empty space. There probably could be a better way to integrate or change access to the pool area. The gym could be bigger and better equipped and integrated with the pool area too. I ordered the ‘romantic option’ for €50, with petals, balloons and a box of small desserts. I thought the desserts were a bit of a waste and for that price they could have thrown in a bottle of wine which would have been better!

Very friendly staff, great location. Lots of potential but parts of the hotel are starting to show their age. There was an unpleasant smell by the parking near the entrance. The beds were terrific as were the pillows. Excellent rest. WiFi worked, TV was massive and worked as well.

How's this for a 5 star Hotel - we have no Fresh food but we will serve plated ham or cheese which was sliced on Friday and today is only Sunday - food posinining on a plate at top prices!!! So much for 5 star food at Accor hotels. Just shows how we get ripped off. That is what a group of people, including myself, were offered by hotel staff today at the Pullman Hotel Bordeaux.send food parcels

Business class hotel, location good for the stadium, but city centre is a good distance away. Handy tram stop outside makes the city centre only 15 min journey, Room spacious and tidy, nothing too fancy. Staff friendly and welcoming but a little overwhelmed when busy. Bar staff certainly struggled with a large rugby crowd, and lack of glasses. Pool area is tidy yet a little obscure to get too, plenty of sun loungers, but no bar service. Pool is deep so beware if poor swimmer or with kids. 4 star rating is generous. Not a whole lot to do in the local area, and would feel overly safe walking around, especially if head towards city centre, firstly cross a motorway, and then there is "tent city" with a varied mix of occupant. Built up area, that said it is very easy to hop the tram into town and enjoy what Bordeaux has to offer

I had stayed at this hotel about 20 years ago when it was a Sofitel and loved it. I chose this hotel specifically for this trip and it did not disappoint after all these years! The service at the front desk was wonderful. The restaurant (both service and food) was great! (We had dinner only, I can't write about breakfast). The location isn't central (just north of Bordeaux proper) but is great because it's right across the street from the bus and the tram, (we took both - used the bus for les Bassins des Lumières and the tram for meeting our Saint-Émilion tour at the Tourist Office in Bordeaux). (You can take either the bus or the tram for le Cité du Vin). There are a couple restaurants local to the hotel that cater to travelers and perfectly met our expectations. The lake and its path across the street is an added bonus (the ducks and swans were adorable)! I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
