A very good experience from start to finish! Each and every one of the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Extremely pleasant. The meals at the bar were delicious! My server, Deborah, went far above and beyond! She was pure delight and extremely helpful. While the food was wonderful it was her service that truly stood out! Give that woman a raise!

Excellent service from reception, bar staff and room service, and enjoyed a cosy, quiet room. Unfortunately there were no in-room tea making facilities, and the bedside lamps had visible wires (but not damaged), so it would be worth checking. A nice clean gym, did not use the pool as it was outdoors and travelled in December. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was close to the airport but not close to the city.. although the metro and buses services were close to the hotel, it was easy to find our way in and out of the location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Diana made sure it super clean whenever we went out and stepped back in. She was friendly and understood our needs and privacy and adjusted her timings to ours. The rooms may need an ironing table with the iron box and a kettle for daily needs.. so that could be incorporated in the rooms. I remember my fil asking for a water kettle but it was filthy and didn’t use it.. The food in the restaurant was nice too but would have been great if there were different options for breakfast each day rather than the same menu.. a slight change like 1 or 2 dishes can change each day.. Most of the employees knew English so was easy to communicate with everyone. Very friendly and courteous. Thanks for a great experience!!

We paid for a more luxury room to celebrate a birthday but this added nothing to making it special. The additional space of the lobby was lit by only two small lamps. This created a very dark middle of the suite to have to walk through to get anywhere. Oddly it looked like there weren't any other lights fitted so nothing was broken but they've just planned to have a very dark room? Very odd. Restaurant had no options for vegans. The beddings whilst soft and comfy it wasn't breathable at all and was quite sweaty during the night. It was nice that a sweat bowl was left but we couldn't eat them as there was no label to tell us what was in them. I was pleased that dental products were included in the toiletries as most hotels miss this but it's the most helpful. The slippers were very soft. Slippers and toiletries were wrapped in paper. Didn't notice any single use plastic in the room, very impressed by that. The only bin was in the bathroom, bit annoying for general and tea bags to have to keep walking round to the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but not all items were labelled and some of the labels were in the wrong place. We had to bother staff to tell us what each thing was. Waste of their time that could be improved by just labelling things properly.

The hotel is very nice and has a good location, not too far from the airport and the city center. The Service staff was kind as well. But most impressive was Ms. BORY from Housekeeping/Cleaning: she was very very friendly and made a wonderful job. An absolutely fantastic and lovely lady! The hotel is really lucky to have her in their team! Well done, keep it up :)
