        I was very pleasant with this booking. Rahaf was very kind of to welcome us it made me and my family feel very welcomed and comfortable.. The rooms were cleaned very well . There was a great view from the windows it was magnificent! The food was delicious and my family and I were very impressed by this hotel! We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman ZamZam hotel we enjoyed it a lot!

        I read many bad reviews and I was worried, but the hotel and services were amazing. I reserved the cheapest room available for 4 and we got great room with good amount of space. It was clean. Washroom was tight and the shower was closed by curtains but the water leaked all around it. The hotel need to upgrade the shower and washrooms in general, but the room and furniture were clean and spacious. The service was good, even through we had a room for 4 , they gave us 3 water bottles only when we requested and 2 towels, which did not make sense, that would be my main reason to lower my rating. In general, this is a good location hotel, great food, spacious clean room. Below average washroom Service guys need to be more flexible

        Rooms are small, not well ventilated it seems like . Furniture seems old and over used . Room service was good and efficient. Courteous staff, iron wasn’t working and had exposed wires near the plug efficiently replaced by courteous room service. It would be better to keep some cutlery in the room otherwise there is no point having an electric stove . Microwave was not provided and there were no utensils to warm the food if needed. Hotel has a big name but aesthetic correlation is hard to make once inside the room.

There was a great view from the windows it was magnificent! The food was delicious and my family and I were very impressed by this hotel!         I read many bad reviews and I was worried, but the hotel and services were amazing. I reserved the cheapest room available for 4 and we got great room with good amount of space. It was clean.         We paid 7900 riyal for 3 days. Luckily we cancelled the rooms and staff and reception were gracious to give refund. It is by far the dirtiest hotel I have lived ever. The carpets stink, the tub has minor holes in it, they don't have money to polish the wood so they just smudged it with some cheap marker Breakfast was awful. I don't recommend anyone Only book if Ur staying above the 25th floor which is the renovated part as they claim

        We got the executive suite with partial kaba view. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I never seen anything like it. We paid $450 per night. We had to literally clean room ourselves at check in. Please check the picture of the white towel we used to clean the toilet seat, it came back brown( puke) The rooms smelled like pure dust ( we are all heavily allergic) , the bed sheets had white stains, the sink was clogged, the toilet leaked, the shower head had mold, the beds wore old, the room had random flies n bugs, the furniture had huge stains. I am not making this up. The hotel is so old, the rooms have not been renovated in ages, u can see how old they are. When we complained to reception, they kept gas lighting us & made it seem like we wanted free upgrade, we were paying $450 a night…. They told us “there’s nothing we can do, all our rooms are like this”. All of this is happening while we are in ihram, with long travels. Will never stay at this place again, or recommend anyone.
