        AVOID - ANT INFESTATION. DISHONEST AND SHADY. There was an ant infestation in the room (hundreds of ants and ant eggs hidden in a cup holding tray) which the manager on the premise verified in person and promised a refund. My work laptop was also damaged in the process. Now that we have left the country, after multiple attempts to follow up, they are refusing to provide the refund they had promised in person and won't even acknowledge that this event occurred. Attached is a letter they left in our room saying they are processing the refund. We found Taiwan to be a beautiful country full of people who are extremely hospitable, warm, and trustworthy. This is leaving an extremely sour taste in our mouths for our Asia trip which we planned for months and does not rhyme at all with other people we have met in Taiwan. Always protect yourself by video-ing all evidence and probably even record all conversations with staff as with this hotel it seems like that's the only method. Don't trust on the goodwill of people. Hotels like Hotel Puri will gamble that you don't and take advantage of it to earn a few extra dollars. DON'T SUPPORT SUCH HOTELS - support other much more deserving hotels in Taipei when you visit.

        Hi, I would like to express my disappointment towards your staff bad attitude in verbal. We heard the good comment from friends and family of Hotel Puri and we were looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, we were treated badly by your staff. We even heard the word like “媽的” when your front desk staff responded to our request. This is totally unacceptable. With great regret, I have to write to complain about our encounters here at your hotel as this causes frustration and unwanted feelings for myself & family. It is our 7th day in Taiwan and we had never received such bad service which I don’t think any of your hotel guest deserve this. I hope it will never be repeated again and affect any of my friends and family nor towards any other traveller who stay in your hotel. Despite the bad experience, the rooms are great. Hope to see your improvement with well mannered service. Best wishes!

        First time trying this hotel, not really to my expectation. Beware that you are rather in the middle of the Taipei MRT or Beimen MRT. So you need to walk almost 400 meters either direction, not advisable for a family with kids or elderly. Size is fine for me, with a large luggage. The toilet is small, and I was staying in room 501. Seems that the layout is different. My friends are staying in room 505 layout seems better than myself and 503. Good is there is a USB port beside the bed. The whole level of ventilation seems weak, I can smell the cigarette smell for the whole stay. And it was near the reception counter. I can hear their voice talking till midnight. One thing good, is near Taipei Main Station, walking via near Y14 or Y16. Bedside the family mart, there is a refund counter. We got the money refunded at this place.

        Terrible hotel. The room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. The rooms are quite old and you can't flush toilet paper down the bowl. The only positive thing about the hotel is its proximity to the Taipei Main Station. Luckily we only had to stay for one night.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
