I planned my trip to Rome 2 months before and reserved this hotel, only to be noticed 2 weeks before tril that my reservation is cancelled. They said that the hotel is under reconstruction, but I cannot believe that didn't know about that on time - as my reservation was confirmed and I paid the whole price. They offered another hotel instead, but it was poorly rated one (and cheaper, without breakfast) so I didn't want it, and ended up having to pay double the price because the prices are now much higher as my trip is approaching. Very dissapointer and angry with the organization!!!

Booked one night here via Hotwire on very short notice. I was worried once I saw the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The room is small but perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Small bathroom but not unusual for small hotels like these. Everything was very clean. Staff were very kind. Possible to leave luggage after check out. I have seen some complaints about noise and thin walls but it was not usual for me who has spent a lot of time in small Roman hotels or living in apartment buildings. The breakfast was decent - cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, meat, jams, coffee - standard for included breakfasts. Finally the location is excellent and it was very easy to get here from the airport (train to termini + metro B to Piramide + short walk). If you’re looking for luxury skip this place but if you’re looking for something reliable, secure, decent value, and welll located, this is a good choice.

Positiv: I guess the price, 24hr reception and a working ac in the rooms. Negativ: tv didn’t work, we couldn’t close the bathroom door, there is no way for airing the bathroom, therefore if you shower or were on the toilet the whole room will get taken by smell and humidity. If you want to sleep at night I suggest you bring earplugs since everything that is happening in the hotel sounds like it is directly next to your bed. With me being almost 2m tall the bed was too small to fit me completely so my feet stood over. Last but not least the bathroom. Very small room and the shower looked relatively new except for the shower head this one urgently needs to get replaced there were even hanging a lot of old hair on it. I would not recommend letting your stuff in the room.

It was a nice surprise. The people from reception was very friendly and always help us with our questions. The bedroom was better that what I expected - washed towels every day, the clean room, and the space was very comfortable. Near the hotel you find bus all the time, places to eat and seems like a cosy neighbourhood.

Location of hotel is great but noice in hotel is so big and staff was so unfriendly to help you and speak with other guest who was runing and moving furniture whole day. For them is only important than you leave room at 11 and get in 14:30. Breakfast is so poor. Definitly the worst hotel where we were in last 15years.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
