We stayed during the Christmas holidays and we loved it. Firstly, the location is fantastic. Everything is very close and convenient. Also the room is big enough to open the suitcase. The bed is comfy. I highly recommend it.

Do not let other negative reviews fool you, this is a great hotel in the fanciest district of Madrid. From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly departed, every aspect of our stay was absolutely phenomenal. We were blown away by the exceptional staff, luxurious rooms, and breathtaking location. Let's start with the staff, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and incredible attention to detail made us feel like valued guests from the very beginning. Their professionalism and dedication truly set the Hotel Quatro Puerta Del Sol apart from any other hotel we've experienced. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular. Upon entering our spacious suite, we were immediately struck by the tasteful decor, elegant furnishings, and meticulous cleanliness. The attention to detail was impeccable, with thoughtful touches and amenities that enhanced our comfort. Our cornered room had a triple window facing every side of the beutiful square. This hotel is located conveniently to many places if you’re planning on visiting Madrid. Plaza Mayor is within 10-15 minutes walking, lots of shopping just a few streets over or downstairs if you want some high end names. There are two metro stations very close to this hotel so it’s easy to arrive here. The room had a balcony overlooking the Four Seasons hotel which had a really nice Christmas decoration. The room was clean and staff was accommodating. The shower had good water pressure and the heat worked really well during the cold nights. If you’re a light sleeper you may be woken up by some of the street noise during the weekend. It wasn’t anything terrible but you will be able to hear the louder people outside or the street cleaning trucks. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. The location is just awesome and feels like you are a king under all the premium hotels in the neighborhood. We only paid 84 euros per night for a triple room which is just crazy for the location. The rooms were reasonably clean, there was some dust on some things but the sheets were clean, as well as the bathroom. No noise complaints. The bathroom door can't be locked, but there were no gaps where you can see through as I saw in other reviews. The staff was very friendly and greeted us every time. The facilities don't meet the 4 star level in my opinion, but the location makes a 100% up for it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
