My partner and I stayed at this hotel after completing trekking in the Annapurna region. When we arrived the room was very large and spacious, and we were lucky enough to have a front facing corner room with views of the surrounding mountains and a small slice of the Fewa Tal between buildings. The bed was comfortable and all of our amenities worked, however there were several things that required fixing such as an overhead shower that squirted water at the ceiling and a bathtub with duct tape and a broken plug. The breakfast was lovely and I could not fault the staff serving us at breakfast each day - they were warm and overly hospitable. Our biggest disappointment was the service of the desk staff. We had some laundry done and the price was exorbitant. Despite being told it was ready we had to request three times where the laundry was, before finally collecting it ourselves from reception. In the evening one night we had someone call our room several times when we were going to sleep, and then on check out were told we had a drinks charge on our room which thankfully we didn’t need to pay on disputing it. Overall though, we found the staff to be disinterested in their tenants, and often on their phones or begrudgingly welcoming us without any warmth or smile. For the rooms, the convenience of location, mountain views and the breakfast I would stay again. But for service, I would not.

The hotel is very wonderfully. Mainly Restaurants and bar staff mr.sanjaya have good hospitality for all of us. I love his bartending skill. specially, yam, pramila& Jewish also serve good. We really missed all of them and whole team.Thank you

My stay at this hotel was so far good. I liked the hotel for these reasons. ✔️ The rooms were big ✔️ The view of lake from my room was fantastic ✔️ I had my own personal balcony ✔️ The staffs were very hospitable ✔️ The hotel was clean What could be improved ✖️ The food has become worst (I visited after a year and found this out) ✖️ The toilet accessories (the shower knobs and the sink knobs) needs fixing ✖️ The restaurant service attendants were a little loud

Very nice hotel,waiters in restaurant were well behaved,really liked their service, Mr yam, Mr Sanjay, Ms pramita did really good service. And specially,Mr jenish was very nice behaving and gave best service.well wishes to him for good future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
