This was a place I can only enjoy as a one-time stay. I can't see myself going back again with my family. The place is a little old, so the walls are thin and you can hear the people next door. They will give you earplugs, so if you have troubles sleeping you can use them. However, the problem of your neighbours hearing you is not solved. If you have baby screaming, they can hear you. If you want to let one rip, they can hear you. If you want to sneeze your brains out, they can hear you. The bathroom is small and it really seems like a business hotel changed to a family friendly room. I would say if you are going solo, this place wouldn't be bad. Or if you are university student. The food was good. They had one main dish and there was a buffet for side dishes. You will be stuffed and the taste was pretty good. For breakfast, it was a buffet and I probably enjoyed the breakfast more. They have cereal, as well. The hotspring was a little old, but it was nice. I went by car, but the parking was limited, so I was happy I got there early. It was pretty packed by 6pm. In short, unless I was young or going by myself, I can't see myself going back. And even then, I would have to think about it.

The location is a bit inconvenient, but still accessible to public transit. The sidewalk only goes between the hotel and the bus stop, so if you wanted to walk to town, you would have to walk on the side of the road. Rooms were okay, if a bit old and worn, but still clean. The natural onsen was nice since it was open almost 24h, however it wasn't as nice as others, and water dripped from the ceiling. Service was good. Overall, it's a good hotel that's a bit old.

Very cool older Ryokan. The age is part of its charm. The staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a nice selection of foods and the beer pouring machine was great. I was able to drive to many spots from this location. If you’re not driving then plan on lots of walking up hills and I did that one day and I was huffing and puffing. Haha

Services are good. The building is a bit old. The en suite bath tube is quite small. Going to the nearest bus stop, for H-line bus, takes about 7 minutes up a slope. This is ok for travelling locally sight seeing but maybe too much hard work if dragging luggage.

like this hotel, value for money. they have indoor and outdoor onsen. reception staff speak fluent english and very helpful to help us to make a toll free call to tokyo.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
