I was here for Salone fair 2023 and find this property on web and booked it and the whole team was very patient, helpful and spontaneous with best possible solutions. The complementary Shuttle service for fair was icing on d cake. Thanks for all d support and service! Special thanks to Marco at concierge for his warmth and pleasant support

I slept there for one night 2 weeks before. The location is average, with tram station just some meters away. Big and comfortable rooms. The bathroom wasn't so well.... The breakfast is very good!

I was rather shocked by the size of the room, but it's Milan... So ok, I can understand. What I liked: - location is decent - good service. Particularly, they got my suit and shirt ironed within 20 minutes early in the morning, and sent it back to my room while I was having breakfast. - breakfast has a pretty good variety and quality, though always the same. - gym is decent, quite complete. What I disliked: - size of room and bed. Too small for my liking. Maybe I didn't pay enough, but 140 euros per night during off peak? - the height of fittings in the bathroom is too high. More for someone that is 1.8m. I'm 1.7m, and the shaving mirror is too high to use. The soap and shampoo is mounted too high as well. I have to stretch to pump the shampoo and soap. - the size of the shower is too small. But the bathroom is ok. - they could have a laundry for ironing, rather than sending it out at a cost to the guest. To me, an iron is a standard for business hotels as we need to iron our shirts and suits. - the cold welcome when I first arrived.

A little dated but clean and well appointed for a one night business stay and visit to conference at MiCo. No complaints and perfect for my needs. Didn't use gym so cannot comment but breakfast was decent with good range of options. Wifi worked and shower pressure good even on fifth floor. Suspect it may be a little far out of town if you want to explore on foot but didn't have time to try.

Uncomfortable and unpleasant. The hotel is positioned in a good location for conferences, but the room was uncomfortable- the pillows are hard and the room was full of mosquitoes - yes you heard right. As a result I had been bitten and couldn’t sleep. I informed the front desk, but they were rude and dismissive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
