        Definitely not 4star quality -carpets throughout the hotel, all stained -bed cover was stained -toilet seat had a stain on it(the kind maid tried desperately to clean it but with no luck) -bad smells coming from the drains -breakfast was minimal and cold -my dog had an allergic reaction to the room(also one of the few hotels in Italy that we stayed at where there was a fee for our dog-40€) -paper thin walls, including in the bathrooms -although the front desk staff tried to show me 3 other rooms, including the superior room, but they all had the same quality. There was nothing done otherwise for the poor experience. The only good thing was that we were close to the street car so we could get to the main square quickly.

        Had to stay here for new years and had a new years dinner with other tourists from my group. The food was cold didn’t taste like anything and in reality the water was the best thing there and it was salty. breakfast is plain not much to decide from either. AC is horrible we were sleeping in horrible heat every night we had to open the windows for it to get any colder. The noise around this hotel is also horrible the train is constantly passing by and ambulances constantly ringing. Overall horrible stay with 1 staff member that actually treated us decently. Gave a 2 star being generous.

        The hotel is nice. It's easy to find, clean, tidy with nice staff. The rooms depending on which ones you get are nice and space to move around. Bad part of the hotel is located far from the city center. Need either public bus but best to use taxi especially during the night. Internet is fast and stable. Some staff speak English but not very good but can manage easily and they are helpfull. Coach drop off can be tricky but better call reception before arriving for information.

        It's a neat hotel in a good location, with free parking. Very accessible to public transport, good base if you have a car, then exploring the key destinations by public transport. The room is modern and clean, hot breakfast selections can be improve though. Other than that, we had a good rest and definitely recommend this hotel.

        The staff are completely incompetent. We made airport taxi arrangements with the staff, but ended up walking 52 minutes to the airport at 4:45 am. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was a pretty negative experience. The hotel is not near the airport. The rooms were VERY basic. And as I've mentioned, the staff couldn't have cared any less!!
