The family suite was spectacular! If you are traveling with children or need a connecting room, the family suite is a perfect combination of space, amenities, and privacy. We've had many connecting rooms at other hotels before, but the family suite was really well designed. The breakfast at the hotel was high quality. The concierge / receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back.

Stunningly beautiful upscale boutique hotel. The front staff were highly attentive and helpful. The garden was a delightful place for late evening drinks and relaxing after a long day of exploring the wonders of Florence. Two blocks South are a number of delightful local restaurants with delicious cuisine. The only minor issue was the lack of attentiveness of the wait staff in the dining and garden area. I would often have to walk to the kitchen area to ask for a fresh drink.

This is a beautiful hotel! The suite we had was amazing for families. The rooms were very spacious and clean. For breakfast, you can eat out in the garden which is so peaceful and relaxing. The only thing I didn’t love about this hotel was, it’s a little bit of a walk to get to downtown Florence, but really, it’s 15 minutes by foot and you’re there. Would highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful hotel! From the front desk staff, the room, continental breakfast, dinner at the restaurant everything was absolutely amazing! The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the busy center area, which gives you a quieter stay across from a big park. We ended up eating dinner 2 nights in a row at the restaurant thats how good the food and service is! Thanks so much to the hotel regency!

One of the best kept secrets in Florence - a beautiful, understated five star hotel that oozes quiet sophistication. It also has a wonderful private gardens, full of lemon trees, where you can enjoy a drink. A very, very nice hotel - we stayed here in the days before our wedding and the team were faultless.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
