I just said here, 1st the staff is AMAZING, very helpful & accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping just AMAZING. The breakfast is very good , have a little of everything & again the wait staff super helpful & friendly always asking is there anything else we needed. The 1 downside is the room is a bit small, bed comfortable, bathroom AMAZING, always clean. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you staff at HOTEL REGINA MADRID for making MADRID unforgettable.

Such a beautiful hotel, the location is perfect in the heart of Madrid and close to everything. The room is super clean and new it’s a bit small but manageable. The hotel staff are super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and has so many varieties. I’d definitely come again

The location of the hotel is super perfect. It is among the famous shopping streets of Madrid plus the metro station. Next to the hotel are all what you need, such as Starbucks, ATM, and supermarkets. The breakfast is incredible, and the staff overall are extremely supportive.

Had a great stay at Hotel Regina. It's in a rather busy area. The entrance of the hotel is nestled between other businesses and isn't very obvious. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. As I was checking in, I witnessed a guest enter with loads of shopping bags, dropped them, and asked the front desk to bring it up to the room because she was tired. They immediately said "of course" and got to it right away. While checking in, they mentioned they upgraded me which was a nice surprise. Someone walked me to my room because the layout is rather confusing. Once I got in, I realized it was 2 separate twin beds and called to ask if they had a double bed available. There was and they immediately swapped me over without a fuss. Both rooms were clean and pleasant. I felt at home. I don't usually bother the front desk folks a lot but again, they were incredibly accommodating. I had a room with a balcony towards the back of the hotel, which is on a street with a bar, and at night there is some noise late into the night. But the staff's customer service was top notch so 5 stars all around. Breakfast is scrumptious, many options. The gym was modern and had great equipment. I would stay here again!

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location. Decor is modern. Breakfast was included for us. Nice restaurant next door that gives a 10% discount for those who stay at the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
