I've had a very mediocre experience in this hotel. Rooms weren't exactly clean, there were cobwebs in the slits for the wooden minibar container, the toilet seat wasn't properly cleaned, the mattresses were way too hard, the safe didn't work at all, and the door didn't shut all the way. Furthermore, my room was extremely small (it was difficult to even walk there). On the plus side, it is in a nice location with easy access to the city center. Nevertheless, the hotel definitely does not provide a four-star experience - I've had better experience in 3* hotels.

Visited in December 2023. They say success is hidden in details. It is true about this hotel. This is the first 4* hotel I've stayed in where you can find an iron and ironing board in the room. There's also a little coffee machine and a kettle with tea and coffee free of charge in the room. You get shampoo and shower gel (which is typical), it was a nice surprise to see hair conditioner and body lotion too. What was a real pleasure is that all the products+ soap were Rituals, I love this brand. I could sleep with the windows open because there was a calm backyard outside, no cars, no noisy crowds. The breakfast is very simple but tasty. You can order eggs cooked the way you want. The bread I ate was something really nice. Even the tomatoes cherry were sweet and not tasted plastic which would be typical for the winter season. The staff are very friendly attentive and helpful, the receptionists speak English fluently, some speak Arabic. All above made my vacation in Paris relaxing and pleasant.

This boutique hotel is located in a safe and quiet area. The front desk/reception staff was very friendly and ready to help to book museum tickets/restaurant dinning/taxi services. We got a complementary breakfast from the hotel manager on the last day of our staying which was very nice of them. Rooms were clean and room service was on-time every time we came back to rest. In other words, we loved the hotel and their vibe. Price and quality was compatible.

Beautiful classic hotel certainly worth every one of its 4*. In a quiet location. Breakfast looks outstanding as dors room service dinner. Great for couples on a quiet Parisien getaway. Staff excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
