Great Hotel! Worthy and having good memories! Its location is perfect to go shopping at Ikebukuro and easy to go to everywhere with subway lines. The room is clean and neat and its size is proper for solo traveller. It also provides the medium bathtube for relaxing at night. Even it's located near busy area, but it's super quiet at night. Moreover, the staff are service-minded, they are really kind and tried to help me manything. My purpose for this trip was to attend Seventeen concert at Tokyo dome. It's really easy to go there within 15 mins. Also, I have to thanks to the hotel staff alot for recieving the Japan post letter on behalf of me and keeping it untill I check-in. Absolutely go there again in the future!!!

I got a semi-double room to myself, which was incredibly spacious for one. Typically, I found that in Japanese hotels, a single room would be too much of a squeeze, especially if you have big suitcases. In this room, I could open both my big and cabin-sized suitcase and still had comfortable room to move about. It’s also a 5-7 minute walk to Ikebukuro station and Sunshine City, a huge mall, so it’s really convenient.

This is our first time to visit Tokyo. We have been to Sapporo, Osaka, Fukuoka before. And I swear this hotel in Tokyo is the worst ever in Japan. The experience here was a nightmare and disappointed. 1. Staff here barely speak English and understand English. We called to front desk and asked for house keeping to be done at 1300 since we are going out late. The guy who picked up the phone interpret our request as late check out and start to explain. 2. On the night of check-in, we asked front desk whether they provided extra pillow or not. The lady simply replied "Sorry, we do not have". Though it is very strange that as a hotel they do not provide extra pillow for guest but we just don not want to argue with her. The next day we approached another lady and asked again. Guess what? She said they can provided to us and asked which type do we want. So what's the point of saying no at the first night? 3. We asked for bottled water since the house keeping lady did not provided to us on the 3rd day. The front desk lady replied "Sorry, because you choose to have the full house keeping, we are unable to give you water, that is the HOTEL POLICY". This is the first time ever I have heard a hotel declining guest using this kind of reason. But it is not over yet. The next day we choose to have the full house keeping again, and at night when we returned to our room, we saw 2 new bottled water placed in out room. How consistent it is. 4. The night before we check out. We asked the front desk guy about the transport to airport. Guess what did he do? He use his phone to showed us to Google map transport recommendation. Seriously? Google map? You think we do not know hot to use Google map to search? How professional their staff are. 5. The restaurant that provided breakfast is a totally scam. 1200 yen per people and they provided limited choices for guest. Plates are almost empty every time when we are trying to get some food. Choices are limited and no service are provided at all. I would say even you go to Family mart or Lawson you can get much better food there. All in all, the staff there are weak in customer service and language. No skills in interacting with guests and service guidelines are inconsistent. I would not recommend anyone to booked this hotel at all and no matter how, we will blacklist this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
