Nice, modern hotel in a convenient location. Rooms are about the size expected for Japanese business hotels. The lobby area has a nice space to hang out when you do your laundry with some free beverages in evening. Opportunities for improvement: Just one fairly flat pillow for the bed. The curtain did not fully block the light, so you are likely to wake up at sunrise.

Such a clean, tidy, modern and cozy hotel. It's a hidden gem for sure. Went there with my girlfriend and we both loved it. The double room was big enough for us but we only had one big suitcase, if you have at least 2 suitcases you'd definitely want to get a bigger room than the double room. But Location-wise, staff-wise and hospitality-wise it was so better than what we had expected. For anyone concerned about train noises; we barely heard the trains, nor the shinkansen. Sound isolation was top. We were on the 6th floor. Side Note : the pyjama is an awkward size so might want to wear your own

Amazing value. Rooms are small but thats expected. The layout and bathroom are awesome and are super clean. Amazing service and would definitely stay here again. Amenities buffet and easy access to both the yamanote and shinjuku lines are a big plus

Incredible location. About 5 min to the next "Konbini" and right by the main streets of Akihabara. Our Room was surprisingly noise isolated despite being just above the traintracks. Be prepared if you book a 16m2 room it will be just enough for two big suitcases. The Staff was very polite. All in all a 5/5 stay.

Relatively new hotel. Everything is clean. Nice lobby and common area. They provide snacks and free drinks. Apple juice is really tasty. Nice rooms, but little small. But it’s okay for Tokyo. Location is very convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
