Absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms have a cool decor, which really makes you feel like you’re vacationing in Japan. We got free water bottles everyday (when there was no cleaning) and new coffee and tea - which was a pleasant touch. Upon check in I got skin care packages for every night of the stay. Plus we could take some free things like a little hairbrush and bath salt. The onsen is a tad small (one bath) but nice - you can also check online whether the bath is vacant or (fairly) crowded, which was brilliant. The staff is very friendly and greeted us every time. They speak English, at the restaurant too, and the check-in was quick & smooth. The hotel is currently being renovated, so there was some noise from 8 am in the morning - but we were usually already up and about at that time, exploring. A cute touch is how the cleaning crew put my stuffed animal on the pillows after making the bed, as if it was a throne, which felt respectful to me. It made me giggle! Thanks a lot for our pleasant stay. We would definitely book here again if we revisit Kyoto in the future.

Enjoyed my stay here! Loved the amenities provided especially the onsen. Hotel is slightly located in a quieter area but still walkable to multiple train stations. Room size was adequate and the interior was beautiful. They provided new towels, water bottles and tea even though we didnt ask for a clean up of the room. Overall, good stay and service!

We were in Kyoto for 3 days and this was the best location I could have found. Everything is pretty much walking distance away. We walked to the area where people dress up in traditional clothing and take pictures and walk in the old vintage villages. We were also very happy to find a cool vintage store to buy our own kimonos and that was the best part of the trip because they were so beautiful and affordable about 500Y and above. I stayed at a sister hotel named Forza and they have very similar amenities, they have a great bath tub and also give you onsen bath powders.

Loved this small hotel on the edge of the old town. Far away to be tucked in a quiet street but within walking distance of all the activities in the centre of Kyoto. The room was spacious for japanese standards and I loved the access to the public bath on the ground floor. Service was great, the front desk organized the shipment of my suitcase to the airport so that I would not have to travel with it.

Nice hotel. Personnel was very helpful and rooms were clean. I recommend making sure you are aware of the size of the room before you book, some can be tiny. Also, breakfast finishes early (9.30am) so all guests go down at 9 and the breakfast collapses, if you watch out for these points, you’ll have a great experience. Value for money is good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
