What an amazing place! Nice little set up with traditional rooms and all the facilities you could need. Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. They are genuinely grateful for you been there. Only criticism I would say is the location as it’s at the far end of the Madina it’s a 15/20 min walk to the markets and shops. And 10 min walk to get a taxi which at the beginning was ok but got tiring towards the end of the Holiday. Would defo go back but take better shoes and would defo recommend. 9.9 out of 10!

We loved our stay here. Our room was divine, with beautiful furniture and decor in a luxurious style. The staff were brilliant; friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable about what to see and do. They organised transfers and made the stay so much better. I loved that we were staying in an authentic part of the Medina, so it was quiet and felt less touristy. Our guide greeted locals in the streets and made sure we knew the way home, making me feel really safe and confident in navigating the twists and turns of the streets. I would so highly recommend this for travelers who want to escape from the tourist traps and enjoy a gorgeous corner of serenity in the Medina. Thank you Riad Zamzam!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, the staff are incredible and helped with as much as they could. First day was a bit nerve-racking but the staff helped me and my partner feel more comfortable with the area by providing many trips and a tour of the city which is definitely recommended. Not only are the staff incredibly, the rooms are beautiful and the food is great! The location of the riad is perfect because you don’t get the noise from the centre and not as much air pollution. 11/10 will definitely be back in the future!

A truly exceptional experience from start to finish. We loved the location as it is still walking distance to the souks and points of interest, but in a slightly more quiet part of the medina. What really stood out was the attention and service provided by the incredible staff. We really felt like we were staying with family, and everyone went out of there way to make sure we were cared for. We cannot wait to visit again!

My family stayed here for 3 nights and we had 2 rooms. The riad is about 20mins walk to jemaa el fna & city center. The area where it’s located in the medina was a bit more sketchy & dirty, which startled us the first night. A local told us we’d were staying in the more residential part of the Medina. Also, the signage to the riad is very poor so would recommend fixing that. However, the riad itself is nice! The best part for my family though is the staff. Zacharia helped us so much (luggage, taxi, rooftop tea,etc)! He truly made the stay at the riad phenomenal. Layla & Suid were also very hospitable :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
