Very poor experience. Room had some mould on the bottom corner of the walls. Average room for a 4 star hotel. Charged €48 Euro Tax end of the stay for 2 people. Housekeeper stole my partners dress and they do not admit it. Want me to write a formal letter to them and receipt of the dress. Housekeeper would enter your room without knocking to change your sheets. Very poor for a 4 star rated hotel.

Great,accessible location.Good conferencing albeit constrained space with limited room arrangement options, provided multiple screens for perfect participant view. Great menu, pasta always comes later, hot & tasty. Great service, professional staff who try their best to understand English..and render best service.

One is always nervous when travelling for the first time without knowing what to expect. To say that the service was out of this world is an understatement at best. The location is great, the food is delicious and the people are so wonderful and professional. Within a few hours the lady gave me a map, nearby tour busses and so much information and even helped me with a charger. I not only enjoyed my time in the city I enjoyed everything. Thanks guys and I’ll definitely be back

Pros: Large, clean rooms. Only a few blocks from restaurants/bars/cafes/main square. Cons: King bed was 2 cheap, uncomfortable single mattresses pushed together. Couch was not comfy. Noise from hallway, other rooms, and outside was present and woke us up multiple times in the night. Weird room and bathroom layout as well. Any parking was 40 Euro. Wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms could smell cleaner/ the bathroom has weird smell (maybe because there is no ventilation? And bedroom carpet seems like it could help a deep cleaning. They accept pets with extra charge of €20 per night (they just give you one bowl .. I managed to ask at their restaurant for another bowl…) Housekeepers, restaurant and breakfast employees are very attentive and resolutive- not so much the front desk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
