- the water pressure for the shower is very low, which is unacceptable. The shower experience is very bad, especially in colder weather. - the bed is very soft and uncomfortable. I have back ache after sleeping on it. - there are many badly repaired patches throughout the hotel room. + Excellent locations with plenty of nice restaurants around the area + The staff is pleasant and nice I will not come back to this hotel again. There are many better hotels around the area.

Amazing hotel! This was my first time in Tokyo and I felt very comfortable here. I got greeted by Mr. Matsumoto and Mr. Chao (I hope I remembered it correctly). They were very friendly and explained everything to me. The rooms are small but it was okay for me. The bathroom is clean and has nice soap/shampoo. :) The location is amazing! You are 3 minutes by walk from Akasaka-mitsuke station and also close to Akasaka station. There is a konbini nearby and also a restaurant. There are a lot of things to do in the area, and else you are in Shibuya/Ginza/Shinjuku/Harajuku/Shin-Ōkubo in all under 20 minutes! The breakfast was amazing too, so many options to choose from. Thank you!

Love this hotel. The breakfast in particular is unreal! Cannot imagine a better place to explore Tokyo from. We have two trips to Tokyo planned and will be staying here both times!

The room was small (typical by Japan standards) and designed functionally. We had 2 suitcases and 2 duffle bags of luggage, we were able to unpack what we needed for the weekend and place the luggage out of the way. The bed was VERY comfortable, and after a few weeks of traveling, these were the most comfortable beds on the whole trip. The beds were soft and the pillows thick, but fluffy. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There's a 7-11 right outside the lobby. The hotel was perfect for our weekend stay in Tokyo. Highly recommend. It's in a quiet neighborhood and not centered by the typical tourist areas. I liked it's location for that reason, plus it's very easy to just metro to the other areas.

Great hotel in excellent location for looking around Tokyo. Staff are very kind and helpful. There are many great places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walking radius.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
