We had an absolutely wonderful time over Christmas at this hotel! Madrid is magical on Dec 24 & 25, and this hotel added to the magic. It's got the best position in town on Plaza España. Super-professional and friendly personnel. You can tell the business is managed extremely well. Comfortable room, quiet as I had requested, we slept well. Excellent breakfast buffet. The rooftop bar has amazing views. Last but not least, the gym is very good to be a hotel gym + opened 24/7. We'll book here for our next Madrid visit.

My recent stay at the Riu Plaza España Madrid hotel was nothing short of fantastic, earning it high praise and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 rating. The family room accommodations were exceptional, providing a spacious and comfortable environment for my family and me. The thoughtfully designed room layout and amenities catered perfectly to our needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere that allowed us to unwind and enjoy our time in Madrid. The attention to detail in the family room setup truly reflected the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and accommodating experience for guests traveling with their loved ones. One of the standout features of the Riu Plaza España Madrid was the excellent breakfast service. The hotel offered a diverse and delicious spread, featuring both local and international options. The quality of the breakfast items, coupled with the attentive and friendly staff, set a positive tone for each day of our stay. Additionally, the hotel's outstanding location, with the metro station just across the street, made exploring Madrid incredibly convenient. However, the real highlight was the breathtaking rooftop bar that offered panoramic views of the city. The rooftop bar was truly out of this world, providing a perfect setting to unwind with a drink while taking in the stunning skyline of Madrid. Overall, the Riu Plaza España Madrid hotel offers a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury that makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to experience the best of the Spanish capital.

The breakfast is very good and there is a lot of space to accommodate guests, the service was excellent. The rooftop view is also pretty cool and is free for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is also very good. The only thing I didn't like was the rooms, there were black spots on the walls and many parts were torn, it didn't look nice and it felt very old I just want to talk about the view, the service I used in this hotel. Paying 10 euros just for lift service seems disproportionate to me, and it's not free. The terrace is worth it, the views are worth it, the staff are friendly, attentive and quick with orders. Drinks, rightly, in terms of prices, move in the price range of this category of terrace. I recommend going and queues will soon form

A very beautiful hotel! I recommend a room with a view on an upper floor, because the view is breathing! The lobby bar serves a big variety of drinks! The restaurant and the terrace have also good drinks and cocktails... with an amazing view! The breakfast has a lot of options( but the same options every day), although I suggest they add more sweets and to change the options...if you have 5 mornings like me you will eat the same things...

Vast, extremely busy hotel geared up for large groups and conferences, not individuals. Crowds of people wherever you turn, quite intense feel to the place.. Fantastic rooftop terrace is overcrowded most of the time and service slow.Good food and drink, reasonable prices. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
