      Location fantastic (2hours south of Colombo and right on the beach in a secluded spot). Food is very good and caters for all tastes and fresh. 4 pools including Adults and Children only pools. Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Evening entertainment every night with late night drinking bar available for those who stay up past 12. The set up ensures a relaxing time with plenty of different spaces to chill out.

      Food variety and restaurant staff are commendable, but if you're a local during the foreigner season, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. We paid for a partial sea view, got a room upgrade with no view, and they cleverly cited room unavailability. The bar staff is rude, treating all-inclusive like a freebie when we paid extra. Rooms are poorly cleaned, some even with a bad smell – steer clear of room 1014. The customer service is the worst I've experienced.

      Excellent destination! Nice views, delectable food, and satisfying rooms although the rooms are bit small and packed. Good service from the staff truly made our dining experience outstanding. The combination of stunning scenery, 24hrs unlimited delicious cuisine, and remarkable service made our stay truly exceptional. Been there twice and will come again. Recommended.

      This was our second visit as a family, 5 years after the first. Nothing had changed. The rooms, decor, layout and facilities had remained as they were in 2018. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and well maintained. The room, which was upgraded, was a sea view and was just big enough for a family with pre teen kids. The AC worked well, the beds were comfortable enough and the room staff were very diligent. The one thing that could be improved in the room is the re stock of the water/fridge. Around the hotel the staff were amazing and always ready to help and assist if you required any help. Zero issues in this instance. The food was plentiful and quite delicious if sometimes repetitive. Personally i would have liked a larger, spicier variety of local dishes but for the sake of a few rupees i can get that outside as you can’t cater to 500 people individually. As for the daily activities the hotel could advertise these a little better and have staff involving guests during the day. Perhaps by way of signing up or highlighting a meeting place for a specific activity. All in all a good trip.

        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
        The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

        If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
        Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
