        Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel from 18/12/2023 to 22/12/2023. When we checked-in everyone was very nice, even brought us free drinks. Then there was a person who guided us to our room, he was very polite. But (of course there is always a BUT). After we left to eat and come back to the room and prepared to go to sleep I found out that on my side of the bed was a very big stain of Vomit from a guest that staid before us (see the photo I attached). I called reception and they said that there is no housekeeping at 23:00pm. Then I asked them politely to bring me new sheets and I will change it myself because I didn't want to sleep in someone's vomit. So at the end they send someone and first he came in the room to see if I'm not lying (because he did not had any sheets with him) and after he saw that there was dried up vomit he believed me, logically because we checked-in 2 hours prior. And he went out and came back with new sheets witch we changed them together. Buy the way I expected that in December will not be as warm as in the summer, I know I'm not stupid. But in the room all 4 nights it was very cold, and the fact that someone came to our room and looked at the problem and said that now everything will be fine and warm, still nothing had changed. For any reason unknown to me, during the day in the room it was colder than outside. And at the third day in the morning even if we had DON'T DISTURB sign on the door still there was a housekeeping lady that over the period of 1 hour kept trying to open the door, it was 9:00am. Not even knocking once but actually moving the handle up and down, making a big noise. After I called reception and asked them to speak with housekeeping to stop, she did but not for a long time. After 2 hours this happened AGAIN, I went out of the room where she was cleaning the room next to us and told her myself to STOP, that is our final day and tomorrow we will leave. Only after this she finally did stop. When we woke up because of course after this nobody can go back to sleep. We found out that there is no lights and water in our room, we called reception and they said that all the hotel did not had electricity. And 3 more hours we could not use the shower or charge our phones. By the way we paid £1084 for 4 days all included. Do you still think that I'm exaggerating when I say that for this money we expected a better service?

        I stayed at this hotel last week. I had an issue during check in. I payed at the hotel, but the exchange rate was shocking. There was a huge difference between the Hotel exchange rate compared to the Market exchange rate. When I complained to the management, they said that this was just business. This is obviously unacceptable because they charged me £1 for 11.64 MDH, when I exchanged £1 for 12.46MDH in the market. This is a huge difference when your paying for a weeks worth of stay, its practically stealing. The hotel itself, including service and cleanliness was amazing. Nothing to complain about there.

        We spent holidays here and we felt always welcome. Staff y very attentive to service and happy to help with any request. Animation team keep us busy and food at the restaurant and bar offering is great for value. Bravo to all staff for such a nice vacation. Also. Spa area and staff are very friendly and great options of different treatments

        This place is advertised as an all inclusive resort, but there isn’t much to enjoy there. There are only two restaurants and there’s a point where all food options on the resort close. There is no room service, and there is a fee for using the phone to call the desk. The WiFi is terrible and the cell service cuts in and out. Front desk staff aren’t the friendliest, but the restaurant staff was kind. As a solo traveller, good thing I had a packed itinerary that allowed me to spend less time in the resort, and more time outside. I did not see many activity on the resort, only two pools and two restaurants. There’s a store but without much to offer. Check out time says 12:00, but it is actually 11. I was so over my stay there that by my last day I left hours ahead of my flight and just sat at the airport. Also, the resort is very conservative because it is a family style resort. Not a place to go if you aren’t super conservative.

        Rooms good but had to ask twice to get the floor cleaned. Staff friendly & helpful, warm & welcoming. Animation team need help. The shows are poor, badly put together & time keeping us shoddy. Location quiet but the shuttle bus service into town is excellent. Would have been nice if it stopped in different areas of the city too as Marrakech has a vast history & the opportunity to see more sites were missed.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
