This hotel isn’t terrible but there really are far better places to stay in Westlands, even at comparable prices. The room was clean — but the staff put me in the wrong room yet they charged me for the more expensive room I didn’t get. I think that was a genuine accident on their part as opposed to malice, but still they should know better. The mosquito nets in the rooms don’t close properly and given the hotel is right by the river, that means a lot of mosquito bites at night. If you’re getting an early start to the day, breakfast doesn’t reliably get served on time, though it tastes decent. The on-site restaurant was pretty mediocre. Basically, it wasn’t a nightmare, but why stay at this hotel when there are so many better ones?

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was quite impressed with the overall experience. The location was excellent, as it was situated right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service. It truly exceeded my expectations and made for a wonderful stay.

A hotel that must have seen better days. It has a meeting room and a large garden. The staff is very friendly but the smell of the nearby river is very strong in the breakfast area where cockroaches also hang out. The rooms above the reception are very small, the others are better but cleaning is very basic. We were there for work with a limited budget and that's what it worked for'

Spacious rooms, one of a kind conference facility and green and quiet environment makes it the best in East and the whole of Africa at large. Spacious,nice and comfortable rooms

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
