We stayed at this hotel for Oktoberfest. Super nice to have the public transport so close by. The hotel was fine for a basic hotel. My only concerns or that the pillows were limited and not very comfortable and there was not air conditioning in the rooms. The check-in is right next-door, and they have a key that lets you into the building that you’re staying in. I was concerned that this would be inconvenient, but it was quite easy. Some of the hotel was not particularly clean, but in general it was acceptable.

We had a reservation for this hotel, but we found out that we had accommodation at another hotel, without any questions, warnings, etc. It is true that this new hotel had four stars compared to three stars. It was also a nightmare with the parking space, but I don't have enough space here to describe it, and the cleanliness was non-existent. There were 2 positive points: the girl at the reception and the special breakfast.

A nice hotel. Nothing fancy but nice. You actually check in at the hotel next door; The Hotel Ambiance and they escort you to the Rivoli and direct you to your room. Well worth the reasonable price. Great service. A very nice breakfast buffet (and dining area) is available for an extra charge.

Horrible experience!! Hotel entrance is down a dark and scary alley and the door is unlocked 24/7, so anyone can enter the hotel and go to any of the floors. No security personnel. No locks on the inside of the doors so felt incredibly unsafe the whole time. No safe in the room. Only 1 outlet works. Bathroom is visibly dirty with the light bar half broken and hanging down. Key card had to get reset every day and the reception is closed so you have to walk down the street to their sister hotel to get them to fix it. Staff did nothing to improve my stay when I told them about my concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
