I recommend if you want to live nice stay dont choose this hotel. Food was very bad, there is no any room service, water doesn't come properly. And mainly the owner is very rude there. He does not have any sense to talk to customers. Very first they said one price and at billing time they changed more price. The stay was very bad.

It was the my worst hotel stay ever. I would never recommend it to anyone. I don’t want anyone to go through what we had to experience. To charge you extra money the manager ( Badri Gautam)can go to any extent. We wer charged 1400Rs for using 7 glasses. ( 200 Rs per glass). And his behaviour is more like a goon. He is full of fake promises be it for extra bed or blankets or water. That was a really stressful night . We checked out early next morning by 7. The whole purpose is to loot the tourists. So please stay away. I request every single travel , please do not trust any agents. You might end up staying in such hotels.

This ROCK LAND HOTEL is the worst one...they say hot water...had to take cold shower. Even no water in the toilet. Guys, you will be ended up with high BILL if you book this hotel. had terrible experience!

Recently i visited, Never stay here. They just wanted to robb your money. Hotel owner has very rude behaviour. First they said different prices and at billing time they charged different prices. Hotel owner and staff was giving threat for bill.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
