The hotel was great, the location was good and close to everything. What I didn’t appreciate was the racial profiling by the evening staff that works here. My spouse and I returned back to the hotel after an evening out and was racially profiled by the front desk staff. When we questioned why we were being stopped from going up to our room, we were given some excuse about a present being in our room which made absolutely no sense. We are guests that were previously checked in so I cannot see why we were stopped other than the color of our skin. We came in proceeded to the elevator and was immediately stopped and given a false story on why we were being stopped. When I pushed passed and went to the elevator as I said I’m a guest at this hotel and I’ll going to my room to see what they were referring to as far as what was left in my room, when I got there it was nothing. I called the front desk and asked them what they were referring to. After being put on hold the man came back to the phone and said oh he was mistaken it’s another room. Again why was I stopped? Was it because it’s was off for them to encounter an African American couple in their hotel? The same hotel that we checked in hours prior with no issue! Perhaps. Based on this interaction of racial profiling I highly doubt I would stay here again. If you are a person of color don’t stay here we’re not wanted apparently here. That’s painfully clear!!

The location is optimal. The service is great. Walls are thin. I guess the other night was garbage night because all I heard was glass bottles clanking against each other. Couldn’t sleep. The bathroom design has 0% logic behind it. The glass door for the shower only covers half of the bathtub. That wouldn’t have been an issue if the shower head faced down instead of outward. The floor got so wet. I only had 1 large towel so after I dried off I had to use my towel clean the bathroom floor which wasn’t ideal. Who wants to clean after a shower? The power turns off in the room once you turn off the light. Couldn’t charge anything while sleeping. I honestly wish this hotel was cheaper but I’m justifying the inconveniences by reminding myself of the location.

Set in a great location near public transport and also walking distance to main attractions if you prefer that method. Rooms are very spacious. We booked a quadruple room which had 2 double beds and also a single bed. The only issue with the beds is they slide so easily. Lots of wardrobe space and shelving. A very spacious bathroom with toiletries supplied. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
