The only thing is beautiful in this hotel is The Cat Memo , he will come to you every morning to have some cuddle. 🥰😻😽 Normal hotel you will not expect something special on it. The room is clean and normal . The position of hotel is located in local public market , everything is near the city center , markets, restaurants and caffetteria , but I will not recommend it for family staying. Very Normal breakfast.. no options . The reception service are very welcoming and they help you for anything you want if they could . I give 7/10 .

Our family had a pleasant stay at the hotel Roma🤩. While it may not have been a luxurious 5-star establishment like the Hilton, it still offered a good overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and adequate space for relaxation. The cuisine was enjoyable and offered a decent variety of options. "Eja escalope" (traditional Tunissian meal) was REAL hot and spicy🌶️, but excellent and very tasty! Many thanks to Mr. Chedly and his team! 👏They were responsive to our needs and made sure we had a satisfactory experience during the stay. Any inquiries or requests were handled timely and in a friendly manner. It was a comfortable and very quiet; the hotel Roma delivered a good value. I would consider staying here again in the future, especially for its affordability and decent amenities.👍 Guests from number 43.😀

Exhausted after a very long flight and randomly booked this hotel based on pictures and decent reviews. Big regret. I did not read that there was no elevator so that was my mistake so if you are traveling with kids and lots of luggage do not book. We were offered a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and were told we could put our luggage in a storage room. We put them in the room and then my husband decided to grab some items out later and found that the room wasn’t locked so anyone could be going through your luggage. The location of the hotel was down some very narrow sketchy roads and it was very dirty outside. The room itself was quite dirty and outdated. The tile floor was filthy so clearly there is no mopping in between guest stays. The bathroom toilet was falling apart and the tiles in the shower were slippery and dangerous. Would never stay there again. Needless to say the pictures are deceptive.

Staff was friendly. The website of the hotel is very misleading. I had paid for 3 nights. Slept one night and checked out right after breakfast and moved to another hotel. The staff was friendly but the room was not what I had expected. No elevators, by the way. The area the hotel is in is not touristic or attractive at all. Very disappointing 😞

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
