        The Radisson Hotel served as the perfect conclusion to our journey around Italy, offering a memorable send-off. Our room, a modern and stylish suite, provided ample space for relaxation. Despite initially contemplating going out in Rome for our last night, we soon realized that the hotel had everything we needed. The restaurant proved to be a delicious dining option, and the rooftop bar had a pleasant vibe enhanced by live music. The highlight, however, was the spa experience. From napping in the salt room to enjoying the jacuzzi, it culminated in a delightful round of massages. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

        Our trip started good. When we arrived checking in was interesting. First we received several different condescending comments about our name and who we were traveling with. The disrespect I received personally because I’m young was unbelievable. Our rooms were really nice and the location was amazing as well. However after we left home we were still expecting a payment back from the hotel. Our stay was in October 2023, we still haven’t received our money back. I called several times and the hotel didn’t give any information nor did they try to get us our money. Now we have to go to a lawyer to get our money back because it’s not just 50€ it’s several hundred euros. I don’t recommend the hotel for this, because I wish this on no one.

        A few days in Rome found us staying at the Palazzo Montemartini hotel and this proved to be a great place to stay for our time away in this City. A purpose built hotel back in 1881, the Palazzo Montemartini is an elegant and contemporary place to stay and from the moment you enter the grounds through the large metal gates you can tell it is a special place. The interior and public areas of the hotel is incredibly well styled and very in keeping with the high ratings for this hotel. Upon arrival and all through our stay, every member of staff was excellent, welcoming and very friendly. A first class service where nothing was ever too much. Our room was very spacious, well laid out with the modern contemporary styling continued throughout. The hotel is arranged over several floors and at the top is a wonderful roof top bar with views over the city. This is a very nice place to spend some time and on occasion there is also live music which was of a very high standard. All in all we found this hotel to be an excellent place to stay created by the superb staff, its facilities and great location to the city centre and also being immediately opposite the train station. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome, I feel happy to recommend this hotel based on our experience.

        What an amazing stay, I have seen the other reviews of it been noisy and dirty. Our room (307) was so quiet! Had a beautiful view. And the room was serviced 3 times a day. Every time we would leave the room we would come back to it been freshly made up. Breakfast was fantastic. The roof top bar with the live music was the highlight for us. If you are reading this make sure you go up and enjoy sunset from there. The staff was always so kind and quickly remembered our orders and made us feel very comfortable by speaking English. We will be back.

        If a hotel claims to be a top-notch establishment, it follows that the apologies from the hotel should match that level. It's been four months since the unfortunate incident involving us and two other guests at the Radisson Collection hotel. Despite our continuous efforts, Radisson has failed to provide us with compensation equal to the damages incurred, offering meager points that don't even cover 20% of the value of the denied services. Radisson continues to disregard our substantial arguments. Deliberately, we're sharing this review under each Radisson Collection hotel as we booked through the Radisson website, which explicitly assures the room's price and availability upon booking (screenshots were sensibly taken during booking, and a confirmation email was also received). Upon our early arrival in the city (more than an hour before check-in), the hotel staff informed us of a system error, stating that such prices were not possible in this hotel. In a relatively direct manner, my partner and I, along with two other hotel guests, were refused accommodation. Requests to clarify the error on the Radisson website with the hotel manager were repeatedly denied. The second hotel staff member was more accommodating and offered us rooms of a lower class, with an additional charge of 200 euros per room (indicating that there were available rooms in the hotel, which could have been offered with reasonable compensation). Efforts to contact Radisson directly from the hotel's side were unpleasantly redirected to Radisson support (Radisson support responded after two days). We had to urgently find another hotel in Tirana, and the day was ruined for us and several others (the number of affected individuals may be much higher; during the investigation at the hotel, we noticed two other guests in a similar situation - all were bluntly denied accommodation). Further communication with Radisson support seemed more like an attempt to cover up Radisson Hotels' mistake with excuses and compensation at the level of a school cafeteria rather than a top-notch hotel: The support staff admitted fault and offered compensation of 19,000 Radisson points (For reference, this is approximately 10% of the cost of the Presidential Suite if paid in points and, consequently, less than 6% of the cost of our two rooms for one night) - Such an offer sounds like a true mockery. After another two days of communication with support, the support staff raised the compensation level to 59,000 points (less than 20% of the cost of the services denied to us). Considering that the hotel initially proposed compensation in points in our correspondence, we demanded compensation commensurate with the damage - covering with points two nights in a Radisson Collection-level hotel, which equals just over 200,000 points. The support staff claimed that this was impossible, stating that the maximum compensation level set in the Radisson system is 59,000 points (an excuse typical for hotels of the "New Delhi hostel" level). Subsequently, no reasonable compensation was received from support. Support, later on, suggested dealing with the hotel directly… Fine! The premium hotel network Radisson Collection considers its customers as individuals incapable of counting and as people who can be played back and forth between the hotel and support endlessly. This review is systematically and purposefully being posted under all Radisson Collection hotels on the list and on all available platforms until compensation commensurate with the hotel's level is received. Considering the amount of time and nerves spent on resolving the situation, at this moment, we find the compensation of 200,000 points insufficient for commensurate apologies.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
