Stayed here for 3 nights, but honestly came across a lot of better places during my stay. The rooms are really tiny so with two people and two bags is very challenging. I requested an early check-in since we had a long flight, but it was difficult for them to manage even after couple of rooms being checked out early. Breakfast was good. The location is 10-12minutes walk from Shinjuku station, we didn’t mind the walk but again was a little difficult to walk with the bags. I would say you can stay where there is a little more space.

Amazing location very close to Shinjuku area. Super easy connections to major rail lines in Tokyo (Yamamote Line, Chuo Main Line, Oedo Line, Shinjuku Line, etc.) and right next to the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi Line. Rooms were quite tight even by Japanese standards. We could barely fit our three luggages in a three-person room, but overall it was very nice and a good place to rest at night. Price is very fair for being in such a busy location, and there are no shortage of food and shops within the vicinity. Highly recommend if you don’t mind a smaller room.

Rose Garden hotel was nothing special; just a nice clean room to sleep, but it was exactly what we needed it be! Check in and check out was easy, the staff was kind and accommodating, and housekeeping daily left us new towels and water. The best part of this hotel was the location! It’s about a 30 second walk to the Marunouchi Line.

Great little hotel, with awesome location. Two subway stations within walking distance as well as many tourists attractions. Very easy to access and find, staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are extremely clean and breakfast was decent mix of western and japanese options. My only problem is the size of the rooms, they are way too small and it's hard to get around for two people with bags. Overall if you travel light and looking for decent place with plan just to sleep, shower, get breakfast while exploring Tokyo this place is highly recommended. P.S. There is a hospital across the street and police station around the corner so you can hear sirens few times during the day or night. Did not bother us, just FYI.

Decent hotel at a great location. 5 minute walk to Shinjuku station, very easy to access stores, restaurants and entertainment facilities. Room isn’t bad, you get what you paid for minus the convenience costs of being in the center of Tokyo. Convenience stores, mcdonalds and more within a minute of hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
