Nice, clean room. Freindly, helpful staff. Great location convenient to the Colesseum and the Cavour Metro stop. Would definitely stay here again.

Quite average, cold rooms, expensive for what it offers, very loud, windows are totally not isolating the noise from the street (although it was supposed to be quiet after 23:00 as we were told). In two words, wouldn't recommend.

Great location and very responsive staff. We were welcomed last minute after an AirBnB fiasco and really enjoyed our stay. Cleaned our room every day, super close to the metro, and plenty of restaurants on Cavour. In line of sight to the Colosseum and a short walk to the Trevor Fountain and Pantheon. Really a good deal!

Hotel Rosetta provides basic accommodation in the perfect location of Rome. The room is perfect for a solo traveler. The bed is firm, a desk with adequate electrical and lighting. Air conditioning and a big window for fresh air. The bathroom is updated with an excellent shower. The location is excellent. All the big attractions are within a short walk. Numerous restaurants. A post office, shops and the boutique Monti district all within a few minutes. Cavour metro is a 5 minute walk. Save your money for the overpriced Vatican, who clearly doesn’t need any more money, and stay at a room at the inexpensive Rosetta. Check out Hotel Forum just down the street for its excellent rooftop bar and restaurant with a view that’s just outstanding. Explore the wonderful Monti district just behind Rosetta.

Location 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and close to restaurants and metro was fantastic. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating - helping me with my Colosseum tickets (even making phone calls on my behalf), figuring out transportation etc. Price reasonable. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
