        Staff/reception was helpful upon arrival. Rooms are outdated and walls are super thin. Even though it was warm outside they don't turn on the AC until after June 1st. They suggested to open windows but then all the mosquitoes and smoke will get into your room. Shower looks nasty and water pools everywhere. Good location, close to the bus and trains and many shops and nice supermarket. Won't recommend or book in the future. Pass.

        My boyfriend and I stayed in room number 17 at 'Hotel Rossovino Milano' hotel at June 20 2023. Unfortunately, our experience was destroyed by a severe bedbug infestation on the bed and wall. Despite our attempts to seek assistance, there was no one available to address the issue. As a result, we had to sleep on the floor outside the room for the entire night!! The presence of bedbugs has not only affected our stay but also requires us to thoroughly clean and sanitize all of our personal belongings to prevent any further infestation. The hotel owner's refusal to take responsibility or offer a refund is deeply disappointing. Due to this terrible night and unsatisfactory response, I will not be returning to this hotel never again!

        My daughter paid 126€ for a night at the hotel. The whole bed was full of bedbugs and she had to sleep on the floor. The hotel does not even give a refund shame!

        Wonderful stay: - easy to reach by car - free parking available (in a secure area) - tram and bus very close by - city centre can be reached quickly and easily - Supermarket and ATM around the corner - huge double room with solid wifi and fridge - felt more like a small apartment actually - very friendly and attentive staff. All necessary information given right away during check-in. You should definitely check-out the recommended restaurants!!!!!! - uncomplicated check-in and check-out - payment by cash and card available - aircondition worked very well despite 34 degrees
